The Sarjeant Co. Ltd. - Huntsville

By far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. 24 hours prior to delivery, Sargent concrete was called to confirm the order. The plant manager happen to answer the call (odd). According to the plant manager, Sargent's concrete didn't delivery concrete to the address requested to be deliveredto. However this very company had delivered concrete on three previous occasions to this very address. When the plant manager was questioned on the lack of credibility in his dialouge, additional excuses were given that didn't make any sense what so ever. The manager further stated that whom ever made arrangements for historic deliveries had not followed company protocol. Obviously this plant manager seems to be the problem. Driven by dollars without sensible thoughts. Company profits seem to have taken priority over honoring a contractual agreement. This failed business commitment cost us rental equipment fees as well as the cost associated with having a concrete finishing crew. Absolutely unacceptable service and accountability.

Was never so disappointed in the care for the property and all surroundings he tore up my driveway damaged a memorial tree and plowed there a newly dumped load of sand and I was told it was my husband s fault. The driver never listen to what he was being told I now I have to pay again for there IGNORANTS. And it was not a cheap job. They made good money off me. I will not recommend them ZERO STARS
