Erin is absolutely incredible! We first connected with her after a very short following on Instagram. We knew there was something special and we were right. We told her what we were looking for and without hesitation she jumped right in to meet us at a property we were interested in. Erin was honest and down to earth and walked us through each step of the process. We never felt rushed and WOW was she patient with all of our nave first-time cottage buyer questions! When our first offer didnt go through, she kept on looking for us. Erin knew exactly what we wanted and the properties she showed us were right on the mark. We only viewed 3 properties, and out of the 3 made offers on 2. Erin truly gets to know her clients, makes realistic and accurate recommendations of properties within your price range, and NEVER did we feel pressured to look outside or go above our comfort levels. That being said please be realistic and dont waste her precious time . Erin is genuine and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her clients. If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to have her on your team consider yourself very fortunate. We have our dream property and cottage now thanks to Erin. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Erin! She was responsive, professional and wonderful to work with. She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for, and as a result we now own our dream cottage. She has two successful short term rentals and has been essential in helping us set up ours. Her knowledge of water front properties and vacation rentals is impressive. But what stood out to us was that she made us a priority. When you are with her, it feels as though you are her only client. We are forever grateful!
