I would send you messages at crazy times figuring I would hear from you in the morning or later that day, but nope you were answering me right then. We trusted you that everything would be done correctly and it was. You put our minds at ease with the way you handled making sure the oil tank paperwork was in order. Lazy agent. Don't sell your house with her. She will do bare minimum. She doesn't care about clients. Cares about herself.
