Tom represented us while buying our first home. Since its our first, I dont have much to compare to. We found a house we were interested in and we asked him to represent us because he was selling another home we had looked at. We wanted to close and move in quickly, which he helped us do. When I think back on the experience there is one thing that threw me a bit. My husband purchased the house, so it was mainly his name on all the paperwork. Well, we received a Christmas card 4 months after purchasing and it was made out to myself and the previous owner of the house it made us feel as if he doesnt pay attention to his clients and just rushed through things. Although it doesnt directly reflect his abilities to help clients sell or buy, it makes us hesitant to recommend him to people we know.

We would rather not share Mr. Harsanyis attention with other clients but a professional like Tom deserves for us to publicly share our positive experience. First and most important, Tom is a good human being. Second, he is respectful, considerate and very thoughtful. My fianc and I have a genuine appreciation for how much of a cool cat he is. Hes is in no rush to make a sale, he gives you wise advice and supports your decision when you finally come to it. A very important point for us is the fact that we feel we can trust him. Its a feeling that we have lacked with agents in the past. Toms professionalism is a breath of fresh air and he doesnt know how much we value that. This is our first purchase using Mr. Harsanyis service but its not our last. Hes earned our confidence, respect and business. Tom sold my parents their cottage and came highly recommended when we started our search for our first home in Huntsville. He was so patient with all our questions and honest when it came to the properties. Our first viewing day he managed to line up a full day tour for us on super short notice! He was professional and listened to everything we wanted in a house, sending us personalized lists of ones we might like. Other realtors before him just sent me updated links to the same website that just had "detached, under 600,000" filters on it... its night and day with Tom. Made buying a house less scary and more exciting! I trust and recommend him to everyone.
