These Snaile lockers work great until they dont, which happens regularly it seems. Not sure why Snaile has a customer service contact line as they dont seem to have the ability to do anything for you when the lockers dont work. Pretty sure your pet could be starving to death because a pet sitter cant get your apartment key from a locker, and Snaile would just tell you to contact your building manager.

Terrible, if the computer stops working, they never show up to fix the problem and the parcels are "stuck" inside the lockers. The worst experience in my life.

First class service every single time I have had to call for assistance. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help! Can't say enough about Julie and Danielle who always go out of their way until a problem is resolved. Snaile is truly a template of how Customer Service should be modelled after! Thank you!!!!

Lockers and company are very unreliable. Lockers are not heated which is a must these days due to climate change. What's the point of the lockers if they're down (software issues) most of the time and technicians don't arrive promptly, say, weeks later? Customer support provides unhelpful, canned and scripted response stating to contact your building manager or caretaker to call-in the locker breakdowns. If you're a tenant it's worse than ever/ Additionally, may couriers refuse to use this locker/service because the lockers are down (non functional) most of the town. Furthermore, we've had many items incorrectly linked to our "profile" and the package/parcel [dropped] into the locker belongs to someone else. This concept [locker] works (in theory) but in reality it's an epic fail because these lockers require a lot of maintenance and follow-up which 'nobody' gives a hoot and has the time to manage them.
