Having been with Magua TKD for 5+ years, both my body and mind have definitely benefited from the quality training here. Firstly, we are taught by a world-class, highly skilled and experienced master who is active and delivers the most authentic martial art training that is true to ITF TKD; the real Taekwondo martial art is taught here.
