UPS (Caledon)

Been waiting for a package since May 9. It is May 23 today. Keep getting delivery delays. Last week I waited for the whole day because it was supposed to be delivered. Then they sent a message saying its coming May 23 now I get another message saying its not coming. Caledon is just a couple hours away from me. Severe weather in May? Mechanical failure??? The truck broke??? Ridiculous 05/23/2023 A mechanical failure has delayed 8:23 delivery. We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as pos-sible. Company is an absolute joke, not a single time have I had a package delivered on time. 6 phone calls 6 different answers, I would rather pick my packages up on a bicycle across the country than pay one red cent to have UPS deliver or touch another one of my parcels. Unreliable, unhelpful and in business due to pure size and value and not at all due to customer service.

Never got any nasty and careless piece of work like this before. It has been 5 days and now UPS says we dont have any information about package. This is very bad experience I got ever. Their staff members, they all are saying very different words about package it seems like they dont know what is going on. I will make sure that I will not choose ups delivery services in future. My first and last experience. I hope they will find my product!

Ups is the worst shpping company ever they are not updated with the latest systems of delivery. If you miss delivery it's the hardest thing to get your package it's the hardest thing to arrange to collect your package this company is horrible. If you update your apt# you have to wait 3 days just to get it updated, and o you can't update it until it fails delivery. I called to speak with a supervisor apparently she doesn't have a direct line Worst company ever.

Gave them 1 year of my service. i would not consider getting a job there. there's a reason why there's a huge turnover. nobody wants to be pushed and make you work none stop like a machine. job can gets hard and people are prone to get injuries because of it. if you want to get promoted, good luck. unless ur on their good side u wont make it nowhere. its all favouritism. before u reach a year, they will have a senior meeting asking what can they do to keep employees....well obviously pay us better thats a 1st thing!! they wont do it. the only positive side was i worked with some good supervisors that treated me right.
