Absolutely terrible experience. I called them on a Saturday for light fixture repair. I was able to get a hold of somebody right away and they offered to come out Monday, which was perfectly fine. Monday by 4 o'clock I hadn't heard a thing from them, and had to reach out myself to be told they couldn't make it that day after all, but was told they'd be out first thing the next day. When I hadn't heard from them by lunch the next day, I texted the person I had been dealing with asking for an update and never heard back. That was a week ago and they never even got in touch about rescheduling. I would strongly encourage anybody thinking of doing business with these people to think again, they do not value your time and I doubt anybody this inept at customer service is likely to do a good job on the actual work. After getting ghosted by these guys, I got in touch with Home Pro Electric and they have been very communicative, responsive, and professional. I recommend them as a superior alternative.
