FH Fine Food

It's OK for emergencies. That's it. Everything is more expensive than everywhere else for the same item. There's also a FH resort fee with every purchase if you're not a homeowner thrre. Produce could be fresher. It's almost like an upscale convenience store. I've asked the manager to bring in several items that we would gladly purchase on a regular basis, but it falls on deaf ears, unfortunately.

Ive been here many times and always experience the same issues. All of the prices are more expensive than the grocery store. Which in it self is expected from a place like this. The main problem is that there seems to virtually no quality control. Theyll leave out produce that is visibly rotting. Or worse Ill buy something like apples only to cut into it at home to discover its rotting. Also with items like lettuce and spinach, theyll leave it there until the expiry without bringing more out. I also once bought one of the packaged sandwiches to find a long hair in it on the first bite. Thereby, the place is not a reliable store to get groceries when you need them. They also charge about $5 more than the average market price for packs of cigarettes. The only redeeming quality about this place is that staff are usually really nice.

It's okay. Priced higher compared to local stores in Innisfil for the same items. I had higher expectations going into this store hoping they would have some fresh options you can't find elsewhere. However it's basic grocery items for an over priced sticker.

Fine Food Innisfil Friday Harbor According to Wikipedia.,,the definition of Fine Food is High quality, luxury, or gourmet food, especially as appreciated by those of sophisticated refined taste; My experience with Fine Food was not. Let me explain to you why that is? Time approximately 11:45 Sunday May 8 (Mothers day weekend). Store quite empty which is what I prefer. Three retails girls working at the time. Upon entering the store no greeting which is fine. Dont need it and dont care. However when asked question about the availability for a product the response should not be not just I dont know but you know what I dont know but let me check for you. Giving a response to a paying customerI dont know and waiting for next steps from the customer is unacceptable. After educating this young lady she went and get another person to confirm about the product I was asking for instead of acknowledging me as a customer..,walked right past me the only customer in the store to verify the product that I was asking about was indeed Halal (Muslim) Kosher (Jewish). By the way for next time the Lamb is Halal from New Zealand. There is also a very small halal stamp on all products to identify product as halal. New Zealand Spring Lamb is Halal certified. July 2021 a nice small grocery store serving a variety of products. Small quantities as shelf space is limited but a very decent selection of products for what it is. Produce, dairy and Cooked foods also available. Store also has merchandise for Friday Harbour resort.
