My mom and dad went to buy their first ATV last week and were excited to put down a deposit. They received a day for pick up and rented a trailer and coordinated other family members to meet at the store (2 hours from the cottage), when they arrived the ATV + Equipment WAS NOT READY! when my mom asked if they could reimburse the gas/trailer costs the manager at Innisfil Powersports was rude and abrasive to my older filipino parents, they felt uncomfortable and sad with the outcome, but more so with the unprofessional service from the manager. Will NOT BE GOING BACK, we went with Honda instead.
