I recently bought a pizza from Ginos and the dough was so hard and stale it was inedible, they also got the wrong topping on my pizza and the cheese consistency wasnt right. It wasnt melty or gooey, it almost looked bad. It seemed like the pizza had been sitting in the restaurant for hours. I ordered for pick up and was there on time. I dont understand how this happens, when I tried to call and let them my situation the phone just kept going straight to voice mail and after a while it wouldnt even work. How unprofessional, terrible service, and terrible pizzas.If you could avoid Ginos pizza do it at all cost. Save yourself and headache and just order from somewhere else. 0/10

They didnt send dipping after that they are saying wait for 10 minutes and sorry thats it after 10 minutes pizza not be able to eat they when i ask to exchange my order they give only sorry

I wish 0/5 stars is an option because there is nothing good to say. Pizza dough is extremely hard and feels dangerous to bite into. Toppings thrown on at complete random and disproportionately, I ordered extra green peppers on my large royal but there was just as much mushroom and pepperoni. Employee's look like they want to kill themselves and were subsequently rude and belligerent, I guess I took too long to order or thats just the norm
