        Rude and incompetent staff!! They got my drive through order wrong..twice! When we walked into the establishment to request an order correction, they got defensive, argumentative and didn't bother apologizing. For a coffee shop, they certainly don't prioritize customer experience or pay heed to instructions. Clearly, accommodating food-intolerance becomes an inconvenience to the staff at this location :( To the manager - It might be worthwhile to retrain your seemingly jaded staff to display an ounce of politeness towards guests!
