I had trouble with my snowblower and went in to see Mr. Puckalo. He came to pick up my machine, took it apart and found the issue. When a broken part could not be located at the local dealers, he ordered it off eBay. He fixed it quickly and dropped it off as well. Runs like a champ. So thankful to have such quality service in a small town.
