Sergei was very pleasant to deal with. We were "gifted" a fridge from a local buy nothing group, but once we got it home and plugged in, it was, unlike the gifter indicated, NOT working. Sergei ran some diagnostics and determined that the repairs would be in the neighbourhood of $1400 - $1500! What impressed me most was that instead of pressing for the repairs, he told me that it simply wasn't worth putting any money in to. That was both very professional and very much appreciated! Was looking for a prompt response to fix our dryer and Sergei delivered! He was able to visit the same day I called and the dryer was fixed a couple days later once the part was received. He also gave great advice about our options and wasn't trying to steer us in a specific direction. I would definitely call him again if any of our appliances needed repair.
