We hired Noel to build a large grade-level floating PVC deck in my backyard. Spoke to over ten contractors, including two referred by the deck board manufacturer. They all sounded very professional, but the recommendations were all over the map with respect to what support system to use. I came to realize only two were correct (Noel being one of them), three were ok-correct, and the remainder were downright wrong. Also, Noel was the only one who suggested using deck tape, to prolong the life of the boards used in the support system that had to be wooden. Working with Noel I found him to be approachable, and I felt listened to. I would say he is a professional craftsman who knows his stuff, capable of creating products of top-notch quality. He operates with integrity and honesty. He suggested ideas in designing the deck that helped transform my once boring backyard, to now, an elegant and very desirable place to be. Working with Noel and team was amazing. They were always professional, on time and polite while working in my home. Noel was able to help guide me with the installation and made my vision come true.
