I have to express how annoyed I am with this peridontist. I had booked an appointment over a month ago to see Lisa regarding some dental issues I'm having. Last week I received a confirmation call of my appointment (appreciated), earlier this week I received a second confirmation call (little odd, but ok). Yesterday I received a call asking if I could come in an hour earlier, due to my work schedule and the time I had already booked off for the original appointment I couldn't promise that which was ok with them at the time. Today (day of appointment) I receive a call in the morning telling me if I can't come in an hour and a half earlier than my originally scheduled appointment I would need to reschedule to another day. This is very frustrating because we all have lives that are busy and for the most of us we live by appointment times and schedules. After this I will not use their services and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using them to not, they will waste your time.
