Village Green Dental Care - Kanata

So the actual dental appointment was amazing and they were fantastic with our kids and made the dentist a fun and safe place 10/10 for the actual medical staff. But When it came to the end dealing with the receptionist she was difficult, had so called policies that didnt make any sense that I had never heard of and didnt do anything to help the situation we were having with our insurance details. It was just one road block after another with her. It honestly made the experience horrible as our kids were tired and crying and we ended up having to sort things out for 1/2 hour because of her lack of assistance and kindness. The issue could have been solved simply but wasnt handled well.

I had my crowns done by Dr. Dan Auprix. I am very pleased with the work done. Dr. Auprix paid attention to details and took the time to make sure the colour matched. He fitted the teeth well and now I can chew with no problems. Just like my own teeth, only better. Thank you so much for your care.

Had a first ever implant done at Village Green. Good experience from start to finish: Dr. Dan is very professional, knowledgeable and attentive, his assistant and admin stuff are exceptional, new equipment, reasonable prices. They treat you like a human being unlike some other places. I recommend.
