Kanata Electric

Called Monday at 8am for a repair of a laundry room light based on their 5 Star reviews. While Blake was friendly enough, he could not get a hold of his Service Manager All Week! I was told that they should be able to get to it before the end of the week. I called at least 3 times during the week with the same elusive Service Manager issue. On Saturday called an unrated electrician who came and fixed the light right away. My advice is that if they were so busy they should have told me upfront and not kept me hanging on. My advice to others is if they cannot get a definite repair day/date call someone else. Service: Light fixture repair

I've used Kanata Electric at work to install a industrial dust collector and at home to install simple pot lights in my kitchen. Did a great job both time. Would highly recommend.
