Had a great stay with family at Homewood suites, check-in and check-out was a breeze. Staff is excellent and services are good. Breakfast was good too. Overall a good hotel for a great price. Rooms: Clean and very functional rooms with kitchen and crockery.

I mean, the room was alright, the food was alright. All in all I guess its not necessarily a bad experience to live in the hotel, but the staff of the hotel is the reason why I give this experience a 1 star First of all, during my 16-night stay, I had a trip planned in the middle, asking for a wake-up call, which was accepted, but never called, I think that along was unacceptable.. Secondly, I especially dont appreciate the way that the hotel staff answers our questions, in the sense that the answer just keep on changing, the night before when I asked about the remaining bill it was 1,500 CAD, the next day all of a sudden its all settled? I really think that the staff should figure things out before giving answer to the client, keep their promise, and then just try to be consistent Not a good experience, the next time I dont think Ill be considering this hotel again. For a weekend of like couple of nights, maybe. For the long stay, I feel like there might be some other better options.
