Just got off the phone with a lady on customer service and Ive never experienced such rudeness from this company. Ive been with Allstate 2 years and usually all good experiences but the woman on the phone talked very rudely to me and felt very degrading. All I was asking was if I could put a secondary driver on my insurance and she made me feel stupid. Do better.
