I ordered custom stainless countertops for a client which turned out great. The reason for 3 stars is because of poor communication and business practices that I had experienced.
At first, Pearce Stainless was quick to respond with my inquiry but as I started asking more details about what I needed for my project, a week at a time would go by between each response, and every time I called their office it would go to voicemail. The only time I was able to talk directly to my sales rep was when he needed my credit card to place the order, otherwise he would not call me back and would only email me.
The original quote said 3-4 weeks from order date to delivery. I placed my order on December 2, 2021 and did not receive the countertops until March 16th, 2022. I also ended up getting charged 10% more than I was originally quoted, as shipping was not included in the original quote.
