I saw Tatianna for neck issues. I had pain and discomfort for 8 months, had seen an few physiotherapists and 2 different chiropractors with no relief. I saw Tatianna twice and had dry needling both times with the recommended physio and my issue is gone - as long as I do my exercises! Tatianna is thorough and very professional. Highly recommend.

Tatianna is fantastic! She helped me recover from an ACL and meniscus injury a few years ago. I love how she integrates yoga with physio to help stretch and strengthen. She is amazing at adapting each treatment to your needs and body. I continue to see her regularly to help with pain and tension in my hips, neck and shoulders and I always leave with less pain/tension and feeling more relaxed. Highly recommend!!

Tatianna's approach to physiotherapy is active, in that she empowers me to take control of my recovery and to stay on the journey of wellness. She values collaboration, encouraging me to be an active participant in my ongoing recovery and return to wellness. Her treatment is functional, active and (actually!) fun! I walk out from my appointments feeling accomplished. I highly recommend her services.

Tatianna is the best physiotherapist I have worked with to date. I love how knowledgeable and thorough she is. It is so wonderful that she can integrate yoga into a session.
