Very knowledgable staff who will most definitely be able to help you through muscular issues. I originally came in with debilitating sciatic pain. I was assessed, got dry needling, and was sent home with exercises. After a few visits, not only did my sciatic pain pass but I also feel and move better than I have in years. I went in with high expectations and they exceeded them in almost every way. I will recommend Merril Pappin to anyone I know who could benefit from physio.

Following surgery to repair broken bones in my hand and wrist, I came to Merrill Pappin (Physiotherapist) at Ottawa Physiotherapy and Sport Clinic - Kanata Lakes for physiotherapy. The clinic was very clean and well organized. Merrill was extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. She took the time to understand my problem and to listen to the issues I was having. Merrill was dedicated and worked really hard to ensure that I made a complete recovery. She gave me exercises to work on at home, complete with written instructions and diagrams to follow. During treatment sessions, she stretched and massaged my wrist and worked on increasing mobility, dexterity and strength. I was very pleased and satisfied with my treatments and would highly recommend Merrill and this clinic to anyone requiring physiotherapy.
