We are two elderly Chinese Canadian in our 80s who have been in your clinic for 20 years. We really appreciate your service during the 20 years. Every time We get your detailed inspection and explanation. We have eye macula, cataract and glaucoma, etc. and these all have been treated and maintained in a timely manner. Your patient and meticulous guidance made us feel the warmth of the world. When we had difficulty speaking English and our children couldn't arrive in time, you understand our difficulities. Your staff were very patient and willing to take the time to understand me and answered my questions patiently when I used my mobile app communicating with you. Your patient service to non-English speakers reflects Canada's multicultural tolerance. We really feel the harmony of Canadian society.
