Called Mr. Van Dyke about a WSIB claim.. he asked a couple of questions, did not answer any of mine.. seemed bored and could not wait to get off the phone... Waste of my time, when I was told to seek him out for the issues.. was quite rude.. I would never call them again.. his assistant was super friendly and even listened to my concerns and answered more questions.. Thanks for absolutely nothing...
