They can be nice, but they take way too much time to answer. I asked them to find me a house in a area, they tell me "sure we will do it." 1 month later sorry no houses in that area.

Very attentive and knowledgeable of the Kanata market. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Dave while relocating from Toronto to Ottawa in 2019. Dave was very quick responding to inquiries, and was able to get feedback from vendors agents faster than expected. My experience working with David and Marie on the sale of my home was great! From the initial discussions about selling my home, to the walk through to review ideas for staging, to the actual showings and the quick sale, it all went very smoothly. They were knowledgeable, helpful and always prompt when I had questions. What I thought would be a stressful process turned out to be quite enjoyable thanks to David and Marie.
