It's Sunday noon. There are 5 employees but all at the cashier talking to each other, not paying attention to customers. They don't bother themselves talking about the discounts they have. Bad experience!! Not expecting from Rebook

Highly disappointed by the way Reebok Tangers in Ottawa is dealing with my order return. I returned my shoes last month on 12th October in their store with a copy of my receipt. The staff told me that they were unable to process return at that time since their system was being transitioned to another portal and I kindly agreed. They recommend me to reach out a customer service email who will process my refund. I was given an assurance that the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. I sent several email and reached out to more than 5 customer service agents via phone and was redirected to somewhere else. At last, someone suggested that the orders returned in store can only be refunded from store and hence you should reach out to store manager. I called Reebok Tangers Ottawa atleast 10 times by now and their so-called professional leads and manager do not even have courtesy to call back. First, the staff member (including their team lead) who picks call doesnt convey message to their manager. Second, they promise to call back on a certain time and they dont. Not just once or twice, they have demonstrated their unprofessional behaviour more than 5 times by now. Lastly, I was assured by their manager that she will stay on top of it and will offer me refund at earliest. I was hopeful that atleast the manager will show some diligence but I guess I shouldnt have expected that from her either. I called then today to follow up on status of refund, to which their team lead said that they can process the refund but their manager is not in the store and she will be back by 3:00 PM EST and that they will call me no later than 3:05 PM EST. Needless to say, they still havent. On top of all this unreasonable behaviour, the worst thing is their rude behaviour and arrogance towards their customers. Its already been a month, may I know how many more calls and email would it take to get a refund?

This afternoon I decided to visit Reebok at Tanger to update my gym attire. Upon walking into the store there was a young male associate slouching over on his phone, as I entered further, 2 more young male associates also on their phones and talking amongst themselves. None of them offered a greeting or even acknowledged my entry. One of the young men had 2 or 3 friends hanging out at the cash and wandering around talking plans for later in the evening, again not customer focused. The store was full of customers, no one person was being assisted by staff nor was there any attempt to try to engage. The store was in utter disarray. As I walked around the store in search of items, alarm sensor at the entrance would go off. Associates remained on their phones and continued to socialize amongst themselves and their friends hanging out. I observed a couple looking at an outfit where the male had to jump up several times to try to get the item down for his partner, no one offered to help. Shoes piled up, in and out of boxes on the shelves. Customers looking for sizes, again no one offering help to them, no interaction. The store was an ultimate disaster. I witnessed many customers enter and leave the store without making a purchase, myself included. Having worked retail in the past this raises several concerns: lost revenue, no loss prevention, when asked no manager or assistant manager present or available. If I worked for Reebok or if I was sponsored by them, I would be completely embarrassed. I attempted to contact the corporate office to express my concerns but, the entry to select that option gave a message of invalid entry. Worst experience I have ever encountered.
