I had a problem with my drinking water system, they were there quickly, explained the issue and got it working fast. Excellent friendly service. Definitely recommend.

I have nothing negative to say. My needs were assessed within two days from contact. Polite and courteous. Price quoted was accurate and very reasonable. Instalation was performed by two great men who would stop and answer any questions. They took care too clean up any mess they made. Before they left they educated me on the system. Very pleased and would recommend their service.

I would have put down 0 stars. Culligan Northern Lights is not a very reputable franchisee for Culligan. Owner Ron came to my home to see if the existing water softener is useable. Ron came and said the unit was fine and advised to add 7 bags of salt to the unit. I went and bought 7 bags of salt ($80.00 tax in) and as directed by Ron place the bags into the salt container. In the meantime I enquired about the water purifying system for the kitchen sink. I did say that I would use the their system for mainly hot tea in the morning. I was advised that there is no problem using the purified water for tea. I then agreed to having the purifying system installed for $20.33 tax in monthly rental and a install fee of $101.70 tax in. When the installer came to install the water purifying system I asked him to check the water softener as it didn't seem to be doing it's job. The installer check the unit and said it was shot and too costly to repair. ($80.00 gone down the drain). I did mention to the installer that I'm mainly using the purified water for hot tea and he said there should be no problem. The next day I boiled the purified water and brewed a pot of tea. The tea immediately turned jet black and the taste was awful. I tried it for a few weeks and I couldn't drink the tea. I called the office and the female receptionist said that I would have to get use to the color and the unique new taste of the tea. She then said that she would have the owner Ron call me. A few days later Ron called and basically said there was nothing he could do. So I said then take the purifying system back. He said that I would also be charged another month rental!!!!!! At this point I was really frustrated with Ron and his company. A few days later the installer came and removed the unit leaving a hole in the stainless steel sink!!!! I'm now out $222.36 (tax in including extra month rental) and a hole in the sink where the dispensing tap was. I definitely wouldn't recommend Culligan Northern Lights to any one. Safe your money and buy the 18 liter refillable jugs.

Very friendly staff they go above and beyond and the service technician really knows his stuff.
