If I could give 0 I would. Not sure how they have good reviews my 2 experiences with them are horrible. They have terrible customer service and I would rather drive to Manitoba to get parts then go here. First time I was there was last year was going to buy a modular helmet asked the fella at the parts department said he would be right over. Stood there for 10min he vanished off the face of the earth. Got angry left and said I would never go back. Well my mistake thinking parts people were better maybe this year. Nope. Phoned left messages twice for parts of course no answer both times left messages both times with what part I needed and phone number, of course never phoned back. I would sell my skidoo and buy something else before I bought anything off of these garbage people. Go elsewhere they are the worst dealership Ive ever dealt with

Shawn in parts helped me out with a warranty problem that Bancroft sports & marine have been giving me the run around on since 2020. Shawn took care of me right away thanks Gateway for great service

Recently picked up my Spring Checked 2023 MXZ XRS from Gateway Powersports and before that had service on my other BRP toys here. I am more than pleased with the level of sales and service at this dealership. The folks working here are hardworking and dedicated! Go here, you wont be disappointed!
