        Two words to describe Core: amazing community. From the staff to the facility this is a great community for Kenora. It doesn't matter if you're looking to improve your overall fitness level or gain a wealth of knowledge about functional fitness, this should be your choice without a doubt. Membership prices are beyond reasonable for the quality of service you receive as a beginner or an advanced athlete. If you want to support a "local business" this should be your first choice for fitness. It doesn't matter if you're thinking about changing your lifestyle for the better, or are trying to further your knowledge base of functional fitness, Core has you covered. You bring the mindset and they provide the rest!
