90%, of my in store and lumber yard experiences have been very good. Knowledgeable, courteous and friendly staff go the extra mile to provide customer satisfaction. On one occasion I went to return a new pair of naturally tanned-lightly shaded winter gloves. These gloves in question, when I made the initial purchase were underneath a pile of heavy, dark colored tanned winter mitts. Some of the dark tan color waned onto the light colored winter gloves. I returned them because I discovered my other pair at my new residence. I was unable to return the gloves because the clerk said that the gloves were stained. And I explained, just as I did in this narrative, to no avail. And so it goes!!!! I was in the store yesterday, March 27 a bit before closing time I found what I needed, paid and was out. All good.
