Shoppers Drug Mart

I have been coming to this and other Shoppers across Canada since I was a kid - probably cuz of my mum. The Kenora location is shockingly disorganized and a real disappointment. I am referring to all aspects of the store - but I'm reviewing today cuz of the pharmacy. As I am waiting for my 'misplaced' prescription to be refilled (I received a DM that it was ready at the store yesterday - i wouldnt have come in if the store hadn't informed me it was ready) - just watching the turnaround time and problems for ALL preceding and following customers is pathetic. Im switching to a different pharmacy to see if there is more professionism is this town. The postal outlet is always a frustration and getting customer assistance is a joke. Best thing they did was install the self-checkout so you can get out in a timely fashion. To be completely fair I noticed most of the other customers are generally very rude with staff which doesn't help the situation at all. **** update April 2023. Even worse than before; the pharmacy is in complete disarray. No one will answer a phone. No one gives assistance. No one KNOWS anything when I ask them. Not about products, not about services. Nothing. What happened to you shoopers drug mart?? Ps your completely insincere and computer-generated response to my last 2 star review says it all - you don't care at all. Take your business elsewhere people - the former w**mart of pharmacies is now the dingy dive bar of drug stores.
