        So, first off, we just went for dinner and did not stay in the cabins. The food was fantastic, the lodge is in a beautiful location and the patio is lovely. The wait staff is pretty good and the kitchen was able to accommodate our friend who has celiacs and cannot eat anything with gluten. This saved them from a single star. Why the low rating? Not going to get into details but the owner's dog is aggressive to other dogs. Do not bring your dog with you if you can avoid it. If you have a service animal, call ahead and let them know so you don't have a bad experience. (FYI: even though it was delicious it was pretty expensive and at the time of posting they have not updated the menu and prices on their website. All they currently have posted on their site is the lunch takeout menu for 2020, expect to pay about double those prices for the equivalent dinner entre).
