We hired remr to fix a leaking window. Water was making its way off the roof and down the inside of the wall and it rained inside every time it rained. They pulled the tin and there were no water marks and said the roof wasn't leaking and it was probably frost or condensation in the attic. We determined that was not the cause as it happens in the summer whenever there is a lot of rain. We pulled the tin off the fascia board and it is soaked and punky in places. The water seems to be making its way off the roof down the wall to the window. We have pictures and videos. After several thousands of dollars we are left with the same problem. We have called them several times over several months and told they would be out but no one has showed up. NOT IMPRESSED. THEY SAID THEY WERE THE BEST AND WOULD FIX OUR PROBLEM. I WOULD NOT recommend them as the service just wasn't there. Does anyone know of a reliable reputable roofer to help us ? Service: Roof repair
