The reason my rating is even a 1 star is because 0 stars doesn't exist. It should really be -10 stars. Incompetent workers and managers who don't give a single care about their work or your house. Very poor quality of work - had to inspect their work everytime they came and have them come back repeatedly to fix their sloppy very obvious work. They also work at an unreasonably slow pace. Someone has to do emergency work, but DO NOT hire them for any rebuild work unless of course you want poor quality work dragged out over months and months. Save yourself the headache and frustration of having to be the project manager yourself since their own managers could care less. If you have any doubts about my review, ask around town. After sharing my story with many people they all said horrible things about On Side!

Upon first meeting their representative I was quite impressed and gave them a 5 star. Then I started trying to deal with them and realized it was basically a salesman I was dealing with. Didn't do the work expected destroyed the house more and didn't even put a dust barrier. So the rest of the house was filthy by the time they were done. STAY AWAY
