Eduardo is a true pro! He is a hard worker and was always on-site when you needed him. He did a great job ensuring our building was always in tip-top shape. I've known Eduardo ever since I first moved into 60 lofts over 14 years ago and I am sad to see him go. Eduardo knew the building inside out and could always be counted on for anything the myself, or my neighbours needed. Very professional, very reliable, and very personable. He went above and beyond to help us all out with our individual suite issues.

Eduardo's professionalism and positive attitude were top notch. Not only was he great at maintaining the 2 buildings but he was also always there to help with anything else that I needed. As a single woman living alone, I totally appreciated Eduardo and his assistance for the past 10 years. Chico and I will miss you immensely. We wish you all the best.

I've lived in my building for 14 years and Eduardo has been here since i moved in. Eduardo has always made sure our property and all the building items was taken care of and has always helped me and my wife out when we needed to have issues addressed or needed help during our renovations. He's dependable, friendly and would be an asset to any organization. Thanks Eduardo, you will be missed.
