Jim has been helping my husband and I for years now. At first we were in a bad spot and he helped us to figure out exactly what we needed to do to be in a good place for a mortgage. A few years later he was right there to help us work out all the questions we had as home buyers. He makes sure you know exactly what he is saying and is so patient with you. Jim was beyond excellent and lovely to deal with in regards to helping us with our Mortgage. It was a first time expereince and he guided us through so smoothly, and helped us to get our amazing home! I can not thank his hard work ethic, and down to earth approach enough. He supplied so many options and gave us a plan for A, B, and C just in case!! Thank you again Jim!
