        If I could give no stars I would. Product stopped working after 2 weeks, we changed batteries still not working. Called customer service twice, left messages and still no response back from them. I have 2 of product in packaging and can't return to store I purchased from as I can't find my receipt.

        Their directions are horrible! I have ruined a unit because they refused to give descriptions of how to change heads. I'm absolutely horrified by the lack of arcuate instructions! I will never buy another product from this company!
