        I recently bought a product from this store , it was defective after taking out of the package, I called the store to inform them of this , the woman on the phone said only the manager could deal with the issue and said the manager would call me the very next day as it turns out I got ghosted by the manager and from other reviews this seems to be common practice , take your hard earned money elsewhere this business does not value its customers.

        When you say your open until 9. You should stay open until 9. Has happened multiple times and I dont think Ill be going here anymore. Gets really frustrating. Update the website if you shut your sign off and lock the doors before 9:00. Pleasure island at least follows there hours correctly
