She seemed extremely knowledgeable and I feel so grateful to have come across her. Highly recommend her if you're looking for a naturopath in kingston.

        Ive been going to Limestone Therapies for a few years now and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. All of their RMTs are top notch (Ive only used their massage therapy services), very knowledgeable and offer take home stretches/movements to aid in any pain management. 5 stars!
