every time you guys get this comment taken down I'll add a worse one each time stop hiding. THIS BUILDING HAS COCKROACHES AND IS INFESTED CAUSE OF A FEW DIRTY TENANTS. 1300 PLUS PARKING FOR A 1 BEDROOM. but don't worry u get roaches on your counters and pots and pans. Edit: it's been 10 months since I originally posted this and now they're in the laundry room too.

Lived here for three years. Between the ongoing cockroach infestation (they will never treat the whole building, the problem will always be there), pipes bursting, electrical outlets and baseboard heaters that flat out do not work, nor do they ever get fixed, to the junkies shooting stuff into their arms with needles on the back exit where I parked my car, I will never ever rent from Skyline again. All issues were reported to 'managment' and were ignored until we terminated our tenancy. Horrible experience.

DO NOT RENT HERE! THIS BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES AND HAS BEEN SINCE SEPTEMBER 2020!!! There are cockroaches in your apartment, in the hallways, in the laundry room and in the entryways. I have complained multiple times personally and they say they will deal with it but they never show up. They will not complete any necessary repairs until you get so frustrated you move out. Personally I have been trying to have simple HALF COMPLETED construction finished since October 2021. The property managers do not respond. Calling head office accomplishes nothing. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Attached is a photo of a cockroach in the hallway. It sat there dead for over a week because they don't care about the status of this building. If deleted I will keep sharing to save as many people as I can.
