        AVOID. This homestead building is not worth the headache, the workers that clean around the building are super friendly and approachable to talk to but its the building management (if you can even call them that) that are horrendous. They dont fix issues that are ongoing and wont respond to emails. We may be in a housing crisis but AVOID if you can help it, youll save yourself a huge headache!!!

        I have moved into this building for a year. Staff cleans the building regularly, at least once a day. It has a clean laundry room and a well-maintained garbage room. When you ask them to fix an unurgent issue, consider it done in 3 business days. The floor where I live is calm. Despite some other comments, I have not seen any bedbugs or cockroaches. My unit has a beautiful view to the east. I have heard that some neighbors complain about some issues like aggressive dogs, however, I have not heard them on my floor. I can't say it is a perfect building, but I can say that Homestead cares about its buildings and tenants.
