        Rented for 2 years here. Scott is an excellent landlord, really attentive to building and tenant needs and super quick to help with any repairs needed. A lot of work has been done to improve the building and surrounding yard/driveway. The surrounding neighbourhood not the greatest but local characters are largely benign. The building itself is clean and apartment is sunny and spacious.
