Virginia Street Apartments

Rent is fair for a 2 bedroom but hard to get repairs done, takes forever and the cleanliness of the building is poor, as it only gets done once a week, if that. I have lived here for 5 years and we have gone through 5 property managers and 2 property owners, so that should tell you about these buildings.

You can hear everything that your neighbours beside you and upstairs do. It reeks in the halls. The maintenance doesnt exist, we asked for screen doors Feb 2021, we moved our end of December 2021 without screen doors for nearly a year. I think I saw someone vacuum the building maybe a handful of times with the two years weve lived there. Everything about the place was poorly kept. Do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere. This place is not worth it.

Have neglected our apartment issues right to the bitter end of being bought out by synercapital. Now have to try to get ahold of someone new who is ignoring me just to try to pay my rent.

Our representative, Daphne Paquet, has been fabulous throughout the entire rental process. She has made everything very simple for us and made sure that everything was done efficiently! Couldn't be happier!
