The building is very clean and we'll kept. The main lobby even has a beautiful sitting area, very tastefully decorated.

We loved living at The Victoria. The building was clean, parking was plentiful, and the supers (and all the on-site staff) were so friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Wonderful experience.

Great apartment. We had the corner unit with bedrooms facing the parking lot and the living room sliding door facing the green lawn area and surrounding homes (great view). The apartment was nice and clean, the superintendent was nice, and there were almost never any issues with anything. We had a couple of work orders we placed right when we moved in (missing closet doors) which got lost, and it was never done but we never pursued it as we were too lazy to do anything about it (I didnt care). Later the superintendents changed and when we had issues with our fridge we got a brand new one in a matter of days. Overall the quality of rent was so much nicer then many nearby options. We signed 4 years ago so our price was much lower, but even now its a good option for many people. The hallway was nice and clean, the elevators both worked the majority of the time. The only time when things slowed down was when people booked the second elevator and so there was 1 elevator serving 12 floors. The lobby was surprisingly nice. The apartment itself was in a very decent condition when we moved in. We had carpets and the basic kitchen (no upgrades). The kitchen cabinets were a bit meh upon move in, but thats rent for you. The carpets were good after a good clean. No problems with any kind of vermin, ever. The one slight downside is apparently one of the building corners (with apartments ending in 11) has some kind of issue with waterproofing. Its generally all fine but in 3 years once after/during a very bad storm there was water dripping from the corner ceiling (right on my bed!). I assume there were a couple of drops here and there that I didnt notice based on the fact that by headboard got some minor water damage in the corner (its wood). I know I described a couple of issues here but I hope this doesnt deter you. Truthfully most rents and even condos, and especially houses have so many more issues than this. At least here you know exactly what youre getting into, and this was comparatively fantastic. Overall very happy with our time there.
