Kingston buses come so rarely, half the time they don't come at all. And when then do they try as hard as they can to let as little people on as possible

Drivers are always friendly, sometimes busses can be late but transit doesn't control the traffic. My only complaint is how rude and disrespectful other riders are to the drivers!

Absolutely unreliable. They are normally always late or do not show up at all. Some routes are known for being packed and they do not add extra buses to that route to make up for the amount of student and regular pedestrians. The hours and times between buses is normally more than 12-45 minutes and is incredibly inconvenient on weekends when a bus only shows up every hour. Buses drivers tend to be rude and unfriendly towards teenagers and any college/university students. I've witness and experienced on may accounts bus drivers feeling the need to lecture students and teens about their behavior instead of asking them to stop politely. Furthermore, when it comes to a "stop" bus drivers abruptly stop, instead of easing off the gas pedal slowly so those standing and sitting do not get launched forward when trying to commute or get off the bus at their destination. Moreover, the bus drivers also refuse to heat the bus adequately during the winter and use air conditioning in the summer. This is incredibly hard on children and the elderly.
