Kingston Provincial Offences Court

Called about tickets and the lady that answered the phone asked me for my name and birthday I then provided the information and she proceeded to tell me I had a ticket from 2001 which would of meant I was 9 years old at the time lol I couldn't help but laugh and then asked her if she was paying attention to the details I had given her.. she became very rude and standoffish. I'm sure because they're are "two sides" to every story she would say I was rude because I simply asked if she was actually doing her job.. This is what I don't understand, if you don't like the job or your not a people person, why did you choose that particular position..Terrible service imo.

i ask interpreter to court my trial today.I ask for interpreter.when i go there there is no interpreter. There is no one. then find one over the phone translating.I am Srilankan Tamil .She can barely understand me or translate Tamil to English.Finally there was another interpreter he also didn't translate properly.court been convinced that they are saving money on interpreter transport expense.why they didn't think that everybody in the court room time is more valuable than that? If the judgement is just the police officers word why there is a trial?
