        These guys are the ONLY Timmies that I know that give me the wrong order at least 10% of the time. Out of items frequently. Manager doesn't care, or the service and the product would be better. Awful

        They can't even pour a bowl of soup it takes 15 minutes that's how incompetent this place is.

        Man they are slow on the inside. I love going there on off hours but in the middle of the day, I'd avoid it. Nearly 20 minutes waiting for my food from when I got in line to when I finally left.

        Went to the drive thru to get iced coffee with chocolate milk, hazelnut cold brew, and timbits. The cold brew was okay but donuts were stale and the iced coffee had nothing in it. We went back to say that there might have been a mistake in the iced coffee only to have been met with such passive aggressive manner. The server brought out the chocolate milk and poured it right in front and asked if this was enough. I am not one to complain about things as small as this but i paid for it and my coffee just had nothing in it. Not even plain milk or sugar. And i wanted to get what i paid extra for, only to be served with such manner. Thankfully the coffee was made again but I just didnt like the service given.
