Burton was wonderful to deal with my mother passed and when I called direct cremation. Burton walked me though everything that needed to be done was the most polite person I've ever dealt with. Will highly recommend when you need this service not only because of the best pricing but I called every cremation service place in the quinte region none were as polite as this one
