1. After 1 week they informed me they did not have stock on the colour I ordered.
2. They promised to ship an alternative product to meet a hard deadline after I requested a cancellation. Moments later I received the tracking information that it would not meet my deadline.
3. They are difficult to communicate with. Do not answer their phones (a personal phone?) or respond promptly to messages.
